The Applied Skills department provides a variety of courses meeting the needs of today’s students. From textiles and cooking, to jewelry making and auto mechanics, students can choose from a variety of courses to measure their aptitude and enjoyment. Our Cooks Training program is nationally recognized and consistently places students in the top categories of the competitions.
