Academic Achievement:
Honour Roll
A = 4.0
B = 3.0
C+ = 2.5
C = 2.0
C- = 1.5
I, F = 0
Students attaining a 3.0 grade point average or higher in a reporting period and no failing grade earn a position on the Honour Roll. For those high achieving students who attain a perfect 4.0 grade point average, they will be named to the Principal’s List.
Effort Roll
Students receiving mainly “G's” for work habits, with a maximum of 2 “S's” for Grades 8 to 10, one “S” for Grades 11 and 12 and no “N's” will earn a position on the Effort Roll.
Passport Program
Passport to Education recognizes and awards student achievement in Grades 10 to 12. Eligible students may receive the following amounts:
Grade 10 - $250.00
Grade 11 - $250.00
Grade 12 - $500.00
The passport is retained in the school for students until they have received their Dogwood Certificate. Student Passports will be available the last week of September to those Grade 12 students who have qualified.
